Have you heard of tapping before? Have you tried it?
I have to admit, I’ve been skeptical of this one. I know so many people swear by it, but I just thought it’s not for me. I mean it does look kinda weird. But I was curious. Well, I still am. 🤷‍♀️

So recently, I’ve been listening to Gabby Bernstein Judgement Detox where she has a whole chapter on tapping. And she walks the readers through the steps.

Then I started reading about it a bit more. I learned that tapping is very much like acupuncture only using fingertip tapping to apply pressure. So you can use it as self-help kinda thing at home.

Some people say it’s BS. Some swear it helps to reduce the stress, anxiety, fear, anger, insomnia, or any other negative feeling, even physical pain in some cases. And there’s quite a bunch of research to prove it. 🤓

Anyway, it’s simple, quick, and cannot really harm you, so I’m in. 🙋🏻‍♀️
