GLOBAL PANDEMIC
Obviously, pandemic was never on my list of things I wanted to go through. And I wish we didn't all have to be in this dumpster fire virus situation.
Nonetheless, it's a new situation we're all trying to navigate these days.
And it sucks.
And it's a lot to take in.
So let's acknowledge that.
I'm moving through 50 shades of emotions on an hourly basis, and I'm not even an emotional type.
So if you're feeling all the feelings too, you're not alone. I see you, girl.
And as my anxiety is going through the roof these days, I bet you're going through something similar. So I started sharing some of the things that help me calm down (check out my story highlights if you haven't seen them).
